Ordinary Maintenance

Esseci S.r.l. guarantees an ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service for all systems and relative equipment, in accordance with the provisions of both national (UNI) and international (NFPA or BS) standards of reference. By way of non-exhaustive example, the range of maintenance procedures includes:

• Cylinder testing in respect of the regulations for CO₂, Halocarbon and Nitrogen systems;
• Hydrostatic tests of the pipes to check for leaks;
• Refilling cylinders or tanks for gas, powder or foam extinguishing systems;
• Tests on the concentration and chemical analysis of foams;
• Checks on pumping units of sprinkler systems and hydrants;
• Checks on high-pressure pumping units for water mist;
• Pressure and flow tests on the hoses and hose reels along with seal tests on the joints;
• Verification and possible replacement of the detection system sensors;
• Resetting alarm buttons, checking electrical lines, correcting faults, errors and anomalies;
• Disposal of the extinguishing agent;
• Checking the hydrants with flow tests, component inspections, lubrication, cleaning and painting;
• Testing, calibration and restoration of smokeproof filter systems;
• Adaptation and restoration of emergency exits and REI doors/gates, replacement of panic bars;
• Restoration of emergency lighting and bulb replacement;
• EVAC system restoration and measurement of the sound level;
• Area integrity check in the event gaseous extinguishing systems (Door Fan Tests);
• Checking EFC smoke and heat evacuators, along with the replacement of activation devices.
